There are some differences between the release streams, and on other devices, features sometimes lagged behind the mobile versions. The original Windows version was built and distributed by Big Fish Games. Primary development of the game is done by Big Blue Bubble for mobile devices, specifically iOS and Android.

Monster Tribe is a game focused around exploring an open world, and so, we have created an option in the game's Pause Menu to explore the Map of Akama! Well, today we would like to let you in on how we plan on tackling Map Navigation! The biggest reason we have marked Monster Tribe for this unexpected delay was that we felt the game included many complicated systems, and it became necessary to give the player easier ways to access information and tips.
